1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maximum Trading Institute ("MTI", "we", "us") website, signals, mentorship, courses, and communities (together, the "Services"). By accessing the site or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What we provide

MTI, founded by Emmanuel Okorie, provides trading education, market analysis, trade signals, mentorship, and access to private communities. Everything we provide is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

MTI is an educational service. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment firm, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Our signals, analysis, and lessons are educational ideas and opinions, not instructions or recommendations to buy or sell any instrument. Any decision you make with your own money is your decision alone, and you are solely responsible for it. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and with leverage you may lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Any performance figures, results, screenshots, or streaming trade records shown on this site are illustrative samples for demonstration and are not a real, audited account. Past performance, whether real or illustrative, is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any profit or specific outcome.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that using our Services and trading are legal in your country of residence.

6. Membership, payments, and access

Paid plans and their prices are shown on the site. Checkout, billing, and access are handled by our provider, Whop, under Whop's own terms. When your payment clears, Whop grants you access to the relevant signal group, community, or program.

Subscription plans renew and can be cancelled through Whop according to the plan you selected. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before it renews. One membership is for one person and may not be shared.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a specific refund term is stated at checkout. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

8. Acceptable use

To keep the community valuable and fair, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, record, or redistribute our signals, content, or community access to anyone else.
• Use more than one person on a single membership.
• Post spam, scams, abuse, or unlawful content in our communities.
• Attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer the Services.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content we provide, including courses, PDFs, videos, signals, written material, and branding, is owned by MTI and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, publish, or redistribute it without our written permission.

10. Affiliate disclosure

We recommend Exness as a broker and link to it as an affiliate. If you open an account through our link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our recommendation is our own opinion and is not a guarantee of any outcome. Exness is a separate company that operates under its own terms; please do your own due diligence before opening an account.

11. Third-party services

Our Services depend on and link to third parties, including Whop, Exness, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Testimonials

Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are illustrative. They are not typical, promised, or guaranteed results, and your experience may differ.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTI and its team are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You use the Services and trade entirely at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MTI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the community. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
